Pull stations in single station bathrooms in Connecticut

A project manager with our company just sent me a question based on a vague recollection he had concerning emergency call pull cords in single station bathrooms, specifically in Connecticut. I told him, I was only aware of such requirements in health care facilities. Are any of you aware of any such thing?

Required accessible single occupancy toilet rooms in other than Use Group R are required to have an emergency call system.
