Pull Vs Junction Box

No NEC definitions. One used for pulling wore and the other where multiple conduits/circuits meets. Is that how they are differentiated?

There is no difference although from a slang perspective one could argue that junction boxes tend to be smaller.

As noted, essentially no difference. But if we were to get technical about it, all wire entries in a junction box would be spliced, whereas there would be no splices in a pull box. Then there are boxes which are both. 314.28 requires boxes with a straight through pull to be 33% larger in the direction of the pull.
