What paragraph in the NEC allows pulling communications wire (24 volt a.c.) into the same conduit as other communications wire (24 v a.c.) provided there is sufficient space in the conduit?

I don't beleive the code addresses it, as it is obvious that you could have two communications circuits in the same raceway. 800.52(A) addresses different systems, but nothing addresses the same system.

The Exception to Section 800.110 indicates conduit fill restrictions do not apply to communication cables installed in Chapter 3 raceways. Is this what you are looking for?

I'll turn this around, what part of the code says you can't do it?

I believe there is a paragraph (maybe chapter 3) that says all wires have to be pulled into a conduit at the same time. But if it is in Chapters 1-4, it would not apply to communications cables unless it is specifically referenced in Chapter 8.
