Pulling out of isolated LV cable from trench.

We would like to remove the cable 3-Phase at 415 V after isolating it from it's breaker, but on the same trench there are other LV MV cables are present. For pulling it out what safe measure should be taken or if for pulling out from the trench it is necessary to isolate the other cables .If isolation is necessary then according to what standard.(presently isolation of other cables causes the shutdown of other plants)

. . . but on the same trench there are other LV MV cables are present. . .
Is it safe to assume you have a manhole and duct line system? If that is the case, we (an electric utility that uses the NESC, not the NEC) would put properly rated rubber blankets over the adjacent cables and pull out the old cables. I do not know if OSHA would approve of this action.

If you really mean trench and conduit, We would not attempt it without killing the other circuits. Old MV circuits can fire if they are moved and I would not want to be in the vicinity if it happened in the hole I just dug.

Just leave it in the ditch. It is not hurting any thing is it?
Yes, that was the thought that popped into my head when I first saw the OP.
Would the cost of recovering the cable be recouped in terms of its scrap value or possible re-use.

After removing the cables we will terminate it in our new MCC with same length cable will be used.
Yes there is some crossing in the cables.

If you ever go this route you must deenerized all phase conductors it don't matter if low or med voltage catory cable.

I did see few time when the MV cable catch on fire it pretty ugly and it can do pretty good damage if not caught or aware it will happend.

Due you mention 415 volts I am pretty sure it is not in the USA or Canada area at all so it have to be somewhere in Europe or Aussie area.

Merci,Marc
