Pulling Through Equipment

Can service conductors be pulled from the load side of a utility meter, through a nipple to a disconnect and continue on through a second nipple to a manual transfer switch? The load side of the MTS conductors would then leave the MTS and re-enter the disconnect where they would enter the building (the panel is back-to-back). The service is a 200A 208/120V 3 Phase System and all conduits and nipples are sized properly.

230.7 Other Conductors in Raceway or Cable.
Conductors other than service conductors shall not be installed in the same service raceway or service cable.
