I have well that feeds a 2400 gallon storage tank. At the well house the water runs fine. If we use the water up at the house the pressure tank or switch start pop pop poppin (like struggling to fill) and the lights in the house start blinking. The well is on a sub panel in the well house

Are you sure the pump is running at the well house? It could be using what is under pressure and the pump is not on when you tried it. It doesn't make sense that the flickering only happens at the house unless there is a separate pump. Sounds like a bad wire somewhere.

Sounds to me like the pressure tank is water logged, so when the valve is opened, pressure drops and pump starts. Pump supplies more than faucet uses, and pressure jumps and shuts off pump. Lather rinse repeat.

The constant start stop cycling will burn out the oymo motor very quickly.
P.S. : "waterlogged" means that the air bubble in the pressure tank is gone, so there is no water volume cushion between low pressure and high pressure points.
If the tank has an air bladder, it needs repair.
If the tank has an open air bubble at the top, turn off the pump, drain the tank completely to allow air to fill it then restart the pump.
That may not be the ideal amount of air, but it will work while you try to figure out the long term problem.

On my bladder-less air tank, I used to connect my oil-less air compressor and fill it until it reached the cut-in pressure of the pump. This has to be done surprisingly often. I now have a probe at a certain depth that automatically runs the air compressor.

What kind of pump do you have at the storage tank? Usually there is a jet pump there.

I had this kind of problem to solve once and all the usual cures didn't work. Pressure tank was okay, pressure switch was fne, cut in and cut out on the switch was correct,......The solution was to move the tube on the pressure switch off the pump over to the tank tee on the pressure tank.
