I have a item on a punch list that say, "Provide conductor strain-relief grips and supports internal to new switch board". does anyone know what he saying? Are they wanting supports inside the new switch gear. I can't find that in the code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

Does the conduit go down out of the bottom of the switchboard? If so they might be asking for conductor support.

I'm not sure if there is a code... (not going to look now) - but there often are instructions.... 'racking of conductors 6' or more etc.... Often means - zip ties - sometimes means rope and some funny lashing.
