Hi,

I am designing a system and wanted to confirm on some electrical calculations for feeder conductors.

inverter max output current 41.6A and 33.3A.
2 inverters of the 41.6A and 1 inverter of the 33.3A.
41.6 X 1.25 = 52A (OCPD 60A)
33.3 X 1.25 = 41.63 (OCPD 50A)
Thats easy but I was wondering about the feeders feeding this solar PV panelboard these three inverters are connected to.
Can it be:
(41.6 X 2) + 33.3 = 116.5A X 1.25 = 145.63A
USE 150A OCPD
??

Even though the individual inverter output circuit breakers add to 170A can the panelboard feeder still be 150A?

Yes. You don't have to upsize the feeder OCPD just due to the accumulated rounding error on the individual breakers. Each breaker is only required to be at least 125% of the sum of the maximum inverter output currents.
