I am connecting to a 15kV campus loop which would be considered "Load Side" per 690.64(B) since the service disconnect is upstream.

Since I will not be interconnecting with a switchboard or panelboard, do I still have to worry about the 120% issue?

15kV fused switches, which is how we will interconnect, are generally called other stuff, rather than switchboard or panelboards.

The connection must be to distribution equipment. I believe 15kV fused switches comply. :happyyes:

The 120% issue applies.
