PV System output circuit calculations

Hello I need help specifying the following for my PV system:
1) Rated operating current
2) Rated operating voltage
3) Maximum Photovoltalic source voltage
4) Rated short-circuit current

I have 20 "Q.PRO L-G4.2 315" PV panels linked together giving me 6300 Watts, for a 120/240V setup.

I've links the electrical specifications for the panels for calculation.

There's not enough information here to answer your question, but it kinda makes me wonder if you know enough about PV to be designing systems. This is pretty basic stuff.
