I have a question if PVC coated MC cable is allowed in NYC outdoor damp location, balcony in a commercial building. The cable will be concealed with tin (flashing) from rain and public access.
We have amendments and from my understanding is if the tin is 1h fire rated than I’m fine.
I am planning on using weatherproof boxes.
