Hi

I have a little experience pulling cable in pvc conduit (underground), and I would like listen what is your experience pulling cable. What do you think is the maximum size of cable to pull in a pvc 2 inches conduit (5 cables 3ph+ n + gc)? We have pull boxes every 50 -60 feets max. Our idea is to use 2, 2,5 a 3 inches, and we have cables from 10 AWG to 500 Kcmill

PVC works great, its cheap. Whatever size you think you will need ... go bigger.

If you have some long heavy pulls it might make sense to use large radius sweeps or even metal sweeps if you are going to be pulling hard with a rope.
