PVC Conduit inside concrete??

I was wondering Can PVC Conduit be use inside a concrete slap the same way ENT is used?

I do not see anything on the NEC saying that can not be use.

Sure done all of the time. The only thing that might be of concern is how much PVC you put in the deck and how close they are together. For poured concrete buildings the structural engineer typically has some restrictions on size and spacing so that it doesn't weaken the deck.
