For small sizes:
If it's on a solid surface like a wall, two hole PVC straps work well. You could also use one hole rigid straps.
If it's on a fence, tie wire or zip ties work well.
Keep in mind PVC expands a lot in the heat. You may have to use expansion fittings.
Large sizes: strut and pipe clamps.
