pvc construction undergr service

i have been told running underground service with pvc in 18 inch trench to manufactured home 50 feet that the construction must be complete before pulling the wires (100a four- 2/0 alum) as opposed to separatly constructing as pulling to tower. would appreciate input to this subject. tom glastra :confused:

I think you may be refering to Section 300.18(A) of the NEC. Read that section and let us know if that answers your question.

louie99_4,Is this 18" of trinch of 50'.Is that the total length of trinch,or the total length of PVC raceway."550.32"
