Complementing a recent post, I would like to ask: when nonmetallic conduit (like PVC) is entering a metal raceway, are conduit male adapters of the same material as the conduit OK to use? I would think so, but would like to confirm.
When installed outdoors, I've seen "o-rings" installed on the outdoor side of male adapters entering enclosures, but that doesn't seem to be a listed product (even though it should do the trick).
