PVC expansion Fitting. Risers above meter pans

I have a riser About 16 feet high, Then sweeping to the right another 12 feet. Are they now including expansion fittings on runs like this.

Sch 80 ( because of driveway) 1.25 inch PVC
 
If the calculated movement from thermal expansion and contraction exceeds 1/4" you need to have something that will account for that movement. See 352.44 for the calculations.
