So NECA labor unit has 4" pvc at about 4 hours per hundred which is awfully low. You guys think that's attainable?

I think you need to factor in more details of the application, there may be times it isn't attainable and other times you actually go beyond a hundred in 4 hours.
Sounds low....Why are you using NECA?

We actually bod many of our labor units below NECA normal. Tough to get a job by me bidding NECA...and the guys usually beat our units. We haven't gotten much feedback/cost codes back on PVC duct banks. Was just curious.

Does NECA indeed show 4 hours per 100 feet? This excerpt says "14" hrs/100' for 4" sched 40. (16.8 for sched 80.)

Now, 3/4" is another matter.

That;s not in a trench for sure. NECA has 2 different sections for PVC. One regular(overhead installs) and the other in trenches.
