PVC in SLab

What are the requirements for running PVC in a concrete slab to feed a subpanel. All I can find is 300.5 note 2.
is that it? just 2" envelope?

That is pretty much the story but, you should look at 352.10 for any particulars that may apply.

You're welcome but, I do need to say that if this is in a chapter 5 installation there may be more to consider, what type of facility is this sub-panel going in?

We usually scratch it into the gravel so the conduit isn't in the concrete. Less chance of it being hit if they decide to saw the concrete one day...

That, and the pipe actually in the pour will cause it to crack along the path of the pipe.
 
I always try to put it under the slab if possible, I learned the hard way that for what even reason if the concrete cracks so does your PVC, I know this is impossible on any floors but the ground floor, but like I said, if on the ground floor I try to keep it out of the concrete.
