can someone tells me if I can ron pvc in a workshop (autobody) I am thonkin about run like 10inch inside the rest willbe outside your help will be appreciate thanks

Article 352.12 covers all the locations or conditions that type RNC conduit is not permitted. If you do not meet these limitations, then pvc should be fine for the particular installation you describe.
