Q questionable bonding method

. Is this bonding method up to code. (Had to do it this way cuz it would let me upload an image from my phone to the forum). I'm new in the field straight out of vocational school. They didn't teach us to do this. The thought is to put tail it to the bonding screw. The people in with now just take a ground wire coming into the boss and cut a section of insulation off and wrap it around the screw and continue on to their termination is this up to code

Perfectly fine however the loop could be closed a little more.

The theory is fine, in fact I usually prefer to do it that was as it saves a wire in your EGC bundle. But def close it up more - use your needle nose or the tips of your strippers to crimp it over the ground screw.
