Does QO make 30A tandem? Furthermore, is there a website for availability?

They used to make them. Catalog # QOT3030. I can't find them on SqDs website and a search for that number comes back as obsolete.

That is correct. The QO3030 and QOT3030 have been obsolete for many years. The best you can do now is the QO2030 or the QO3020. (put them together and you get a QO20303020 which is a triple breaker (1p20A - 2p30A-1P20A).

They failed re-inspection with UL some years ago, too much heat.
