QO Missing Main Bonding Screw

I have a 40+ years old QO 150 amp main breaker panel. The main bonding screw is missing. I bought a kit at HD that has replacement screws. None of them fit.
Is there a source for one of these?

Just install a main bonding jumper of the wire type between the neutral bar and the equipment grounding bar...of if there is no equipment grounding bar, to the enclosure.

Or install a 10/32 or 10/24 screw of the correct length and paint the head green (in the neutral bar)

As I recall, only the manufacturer can supply a bonding screw in accordance with its NRTL listing. A homemade MBJ would need to be of an appropriately sized wire type.
