Hello, I have a 400 Underground service Feeding two - 200 amp disconnects. From there they will go up a pole and split off off into a Y shape and go to two separate poles about 100 feet for each. So looks like I could use 310.20 for Messenger cables. Is that correct.
On another note, when trying to find the answer on previous post. It seems like Quad-plex does not have any insulation type like xhhw. Seems like most inspectors don't care about that.
If the supply house stocks this item, it seems as though it must be acceptable. I will probably call the county inspector to find what he thinks. Just was wondering.
