Quadplex and 4 Wire Triplex

I am looking to see the difference between quadraplex and 4 wire triplex for overhead service.
These wires could also be used for running PV wire.

I would think quad would be 4 conductors (H-H-N-G) and triplex would be 3 conductor (H-H-N) with a messenger wire.

All the overhead quadruplex we use it three coated and a bare messenger that’s used as ground/neutral.
Ours isnt listed.
