I can't seem to locate a 40/50 amp double pole Quad Square D (HOM) Breaker. Do they even make such a device? If not, I'll have to use a different approach at my own cost.

Jim, I always try to relocate and combine the smallest circuits first when I have to use tandem breakers. I'd rather see 15a and 20a circuits share stabs than larger ones, and the smaller tandems are easier to find.
