Question about 314.2

314.2 Round Boxes. Round boxes shall not be used where conduits or connectors requiring the use of locknuts or bushings are to be connected to the side of the box.

Dose this mean you can't use conduit with hex boxes, I'm confused since I see it all the time I'm commercial spaces

Hexagonal (did you mean octagonal?) is not round. Round is really round, and the sidewall would have no flat spot against which to tighten a locknut.

As Wayne stated round boxes are actually circular with no flat sides. You can still come into the back of a round box.
