Question about a splice

Came across cast or aluminum parallel groove clamps (not sure which it is) being used to splice #3 copper feeder wires to an emergency panel in a 12 x 12 junction box. Can these types of clamps be used to splice copper with?

If it is listed for copper to copper connections "Yes" Do you have a part number or cut sheet to reference?
Sometimes that info is on the connector also.

Primarily deterioration of the connection from thermal cycling.

Parallel groove connector meaning something in this kind of product line?

Those are rated for use with copper or aluminum conductors, or both, must put each conductor in separate groove.
