Question about ballast quality

What is everyone's experience with ballasts made by Howard Industries aka Howard Lighting Products, based in Laurel, MS? I've seen them installed on some jobs but never got any feedback on their quality.

What about GE ballasts?

I had a building full of them. Can't say their failure rate was any different than other manufacturers. They did stand by the 5 year warranty on replacement. I called, gave the date code, and received a new one within a week. I don't have many left now, as they were originally installed during a lighting retrofit project.
