So I have all my hours, but a good majority of my hours are overtime hours. Will they count towards official hours on affidavits to submit. Or is it limited to only regular time hours every year?

Why would overtime hours not count? Hours are hours, aren't they?

From what I remember, 8000 hours is required for J-man test. With a certain number commercial hours.
Send in your application and see what happens.
Good luck

If I recall correct Colorado requires the 8,000 hours of experience to be earned in no less than 4 years, so as long as your hours cover 48 months your good. You can use whatever hours you want to get to 8000.

So i have 10,500+ hours. I have plenty more... but can only prove 10,00+ On affidavits. Been doing it since 2006 all my hours are commercial/industrial. I guess the next bet is just submitting and go from there... Thanks for the replies!

Sounds like you got the hours covered, there is a requirement for 288 classroom training hours you should also look into.

Do you really have to hold an et card and take courses while working for the 8k hours to count?
