Hello, can anyone please tell me if this electric panel has live and dead parts segregated? I'd say no, but I'd still want to confirm, I need this for a school project. Thanks in advance :)

This is not an issue that can be safely addressed using pictures. Find an electrician with a voltmeter to test for voltage.

Before I say, This a Student project? Hands on or just from photo? What is your justification for your "no" answer?

Just from the photo, I'm not electrician, as far as I know, for it to be considered segregated it needs to have circuit breakers separated from conductors, such as wires. That's why I'd say it's not segragated, unlike on this photo

This is a duplicate the first was locked. And it’s not possible to assist with a safety question like this using pictures

Also, that photo shows Diazed fuses and holders, indicating it is an EU installation, and rules on safety of electrical equipment differ around the world. This is primarily a North America focussed website. “Segregated” is not a term that we would use (in the electrical industry).

Just from my experience with having worked for a couple of German manufacturers, I would say that at the very least, this does NOT meet the requirements for being “finger safe”.

The second photo that you posted is showing a North American circuit breaker panel, demonstrating what we refer to as “dead front”, meaning when you open the first outer door, there are no exposed live terminals. If that’s what you meant by segregated, then your first photo is NOT dead front by any stretch.
