actually im confused about this section of voltage drop value limitations
it is 3 % for branch circuits as recommended why it said "it isn't violating of the code although %Vd=5.3
thank you for your time

Because, except for a couple of specific cases, voltage drop is not an enforceable rule....it is found in an "Informational Note".
90.4( C) Explanatory Material. Explanatory material, such as references to other standards, references to related sections of this Code, or information related to a Code rule, is included in this Code in the form of informational notes. Such notes are informational only and are not enforceable as requirements of this Code. ...

Thank you guys for these so helpful explanations ,but still wanna ask as u know V.D is important in design and affected important loads such as lighting ,motors ,why is it just informational note not a mandatory section -values -in Nec

It is not as important as many make it out to be. Most any electrical equipment can operate just fine with as much a 10% below nominal voltage ratings.

When specific loads and specific voltage levels are required good design an professional installers would be in order. The NEC is a guideline for safe electrical installations, not a design manual.
