Question: Externally Mounted EMT Under Commercial Hood?

I’m having a very difficult time finding any specific info on externally mounted EMT under a commercial hood.

We’re planning on installing two commercial stoves and a double oven. The 3/4 EMT, plugs and gas lines would be mounted externally on the wall behind the equipment.

Could someone direct me to the code on that?
