Question for anyone in Arizona

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what type of business license is required in the State of Arizona to install low voltage landscape lighting and is an Electrical license also needed for this business, I am trying to find out for a relative.

I found what i was looking for in that state , license needed is a c 12 c 21
