Question on a 200 amp feeder???

Distance: 325 ft. feeding a 200A rated sub panel with a total connected load of approx. 150 amps max.

Can someone recommend the minimum THHN copper wire size and PVC schedule 40 conduit size?

Sure...do a voltage drop calulation, then use table 310.15..boom , done.

What is your voltage and is this single phase or 3 phase?

For "MINIMUM" 3/0-3/0-3/0-6awg in a 2 inch conduit. However, that is the minimum not accounting for an easy pull and voltage drop.
