I am trying to determine where the information from a table that is incorporated into an equipment standard document might have come from and I was wondering if anybody recognizes the information contained in this table. I have looked through OSHA, ANSI, NFPA standards and I have not come up with this information. Any help would be appreciated.

Where is the information coming from, you ask? Not from the US, I should hope. For I would prefer to see that a US manufacturer would get the grammar right (i.e., "Details is. . . ").

This looks like information regarding what the equipment needs, in terms of its environment, and what the equipment will impose on its installed location, in terms of weight distribution. That bottom row is telling you the equipment will impose a load of about 220 pounds per square foot on the floor. It also warns you that on upper floors, this load must be taken into account by someone with knowledge of structural limitations.
