Do you guys pull seperate EGC's for different branch circuits with different voltages? EXAMPLE) 120/208 and 277/480v panels set below a trough with conduits going to trough. From the trough one conduit leaving with a circuit from both panels, one for receptacles 120v and one for lighting 277v. Do you guys pull 2 EGC's keeping them seperated from there respective panel or do you just pull one and tap before taking them to there respective panel?

Only one egc is required . The conduit, if metallic, may also be the egc thus no conductor would even be required unless speced or special circumstances where an egc conductor is required.

One, sized for the largest OCPD of the circuits.

This is a good question. 300.3(B) and 250.122(C) both are referenced for this question.

If this installation was installed in a metallic raceway, and no equipment ground conductors were pulled, it would still be compliant, so I am going to say that the EGC can be shared in this common raceway.
