Question on grounding for transformer

I will have a 120/208 3phase service than due to voltage drop will set a transformer by service and step up to 480 then another transformer to step back down at panel location. I will establish the ground rods and building steel at the service entrance, concerning both transformers is all I need a bond to the building steel not counting the SBJ.

Not clear what you are asking. Building steel does not require a supplemental electrode but all grounding electrodes present have to be bonded together.
