Question on New Construction

While looking for something else I came across the following pictures of recent new construction and I had a question:

Being from Canada, I thought I should post as this is the most common type of residence we have here.The receptacle on the inside doesnt have to be GFI'd unless there is a full bath in there also.(there could be but I cant tell from these angles)

By the way....you can tell if there is a bathroom in there by looking for the yellow snow! :roll:

Sorry Ross. I have to disagree with your Canadian analysis. According to the Canadian Electrical Code, the building is not a dwelling unit, as it does not have cooking facilities (sec.0). Therefore neither receptacle has to be GFI protected. However because an Igloo would be a class 1 location (22-002(a)) both receptacles would be required to have W.P. covers, and the light fixtures would have to be weather proof.
