I was wanting to parallel #400al in (2) 2 1/2" pvc conduits there would be 3 in each conduit ( table list 3 #400 max in this size pipe ) does anyone have any experience or thoughts if this would be be a pain when dealing with the weatherhead.
I once tried to parallel 2-250kcmil AL in 3-1/2 pope for overhead meter pack, and the poco wouldn't let me do it. They claimed the conductors would overheat (even after calculations). Just make sure POCO is cool with it, if it even applies to this job.
