I have a GC wanting a job trailer powered from a free standing power pedestal, the plugs at the pedestal are 125/250volt single phase 3wire. The plug has line 1, line 2 , and neutral, there is a ground terminated on the plug but no ground to plug into on this female plug, is there a legal way to hookup this trailer. The pedestal is in a open field with the plugs marked shore power only and are used by vendors during events, it seems I would need to carry a ground to the trailer under 2011.
