Question on residential Knob & Tube wiring in an attic???

What are the rules or recommendations for having Knob & Tube wiring running visible throughout an attic and burying it all with blown in insulation? Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.

Knob & tube should not have insulation blown ontop of it. Art.394.12 (5) specifically states this
