I have 500 panels with 10 strings each which is 50 strings total and 10 inverters.

We have local amendment that should main AC solar disconnect that is tapped ahead of building main AC service disconnect be switched off then the inverters along with each solar panels rapid shutdown should shutdown.

Local amendments says Means shall be provided when AC solar disconnect is tapped ahead of building AC disconnect to disconnect both the inverter as well as the solar panels.

The inverters used in projects do not initiate rapid shutdown when power is off and so rapid shutdown disconnects are provided about 50 of them.

I am thinking what means can be provided when one AC fused solar disco is shut off so does it shit off rapid shutdown switches 50 of them? Does anyone know?

The typical install would use MLPE to do the PV array shutdown and those would be controlled by the inverters. The inverters would be shut down by removing AC power at the POI. So your main PV AC disconnect is the rapid shutdown initiator and does everything.
If you are using some other system for rapid shutdown in the PV array that does not activate when the inverters lose power then you would need to describe that to get an answer.

50 switches sounds insane. And yes, it would be a code violation unless they were all remotely controlled by six switches or less. And it sounds like an untested solution that, while perhaps could be done, wouldn't be as reliable or as worth the time and effort as MLPE. Also it might comply with the 2014 version of rapid shutdown but not the 2017.
