Is it permitted to run the feeders for the ac combiner panel in a trough with the PV system conductors. The ac combiner panel is used only for the PV system.

That's how I read it. I have mixed AC & DC wiring for a PV system in a gutter or conduit many times. Generally in multi inverter systems. No problems with AHJs here so far.

That's how I read It. Have done this many times, mostly when installing multiple string inverters. No problems with AHJs on this here.

It's certainly allowed if you have a partition. If you don't have a partition, maybe it's still allowed. I had an AHJ object once but we convinced him to drop his objection.
Also, needless to say, but all conductors must be rated for the highest voltage of any of them. 300.3(C)(1).
