actually is on left side.
If it is to the left and you have the 30" clearance then I don't see any issue. Can you post a picture?

The pipe nor the door extend past the face of the panel so there is no issue. A doorway can be considered work space either open or closed in your case

Nobody specifically said that the pipes in question were electrical raceways.

It really doesn't matter what the pipes are. As long as the front surface of the pipes do not extend off the wall more than the face of the panel, the pipes could be right next to the panel without creating a 110.26(A) violation.
