how do i determine the minimun ampacity for branch circuit conductors which supply a 75 hp, 3-phase inducyion motor which operates at 200volts

Read Art. 430, figure it out, and come back with your numbers. Then, we'll let you know.

Know what I love about this place?....they won't 'give' you a thing.

The members will bend over backwards to help you out, steer you in the right direction when you've gone astray and work 'with' you to solve a problem - but they insist you put in some effort on your part. When you've shown them you've made an effort, and maybe even sweated bullets, they'll reach in with both hands to support you...and at the end of the day, it doesn't get any better than that.

I don't know of any place on this planet where you can go and get better support than you can get in a Mike Holt forum. There's hardly a day goes by I don't read the forums and get a new perspective on a code section, learn something new, unlearn something I had wrong.

Thanx guys, your advice, expertise, knowledge and support is invaluable.
