Hi Guys,
First post in the forum, hope there may be somebody out there who can help answer some questions for me.
I am a consulting engineer, we carry out inspections to assess scope and scale of damage following fires and floods.
I tried to speak with Siemens in Singapore on Friday, but they were very slow to respond, and I need a working estimate on replacement cost for one of these units (17.5kV 3AH3 217-7 Vacuum Circuit Breaker) by Monday morning.
If anybody out there is familiar with this particular model/type of VCB I have a few additional questions, regarding the Tulip contacts, and what might be considered 'good practice' for cleaning them during preventative maintenance schedule.
Thanks in advance, much appreciate your feedback.

- Estimated cost in USD for replacement of new VCB
- Estimated cost in USD for replacement of Tulip Contacts and insulated bus bar connector (connected at 90 degrees to the Tulip contact)
