Quick connect Manual Transfer Switch (MTS) Design questions

The reason of this project is to have Quick connect solution for portable Generator.

The existing electrical system has a 750KVA 4160//480/277V transformer. Secondary feeder Is 3 sets of #500KCMIL cu. 1000A, 480/277V switchgear.

Questions I would like to discuss is when you are installing Service Entrance rated 480/277V, 1000A MTS for portable Generator.
1. Do I need to bond the N-G at the MTS service entrance? NEC240.24 states to bond all service entrance so does that mean I do need to remove the existing N-G bond at the switchgear?

Is your MTS ahead of or after the switchgear?

If I t contains an OCPD the MTS is your service disconnect and must be bonded. Everything downstream is considered a feeder..
