Quick pool question

I am supposed to wire a pool for a customer tomorrow. I was looking at 680-8 clearances. From what he is telling me on the phone the pool is only about 5' from the house. I am pretty sure the service is right there also. So he needs to be 22.5' in any direction from the water to the service drop? It doesn't sound like he has it the pool is only 5' from the house and say the attachment point is about 15' up if I recall. Is that right, any direction?

Look at "C" in the table.
It's to the outer edge of things listed in "A" & "B" but not less than 10'.
