Quickbooks, QExpress and ESC

We have used QuickBooks for years now. We would like to integrate some kind of dispatch software. The two I am looking into are Qxpress and ESC (Electronic Service Control). Does anyone have experience with either of these? I'm trying to see if it is as helpful as it looks or if it is more work than its worth.

Somebody? Anybody? using either system? I just had a live demo with Service CEO which seems to be a pretty comprehensive system. They run about $4,000 for the 2-user, so I'd like to be sure I'm picking the right one before I pull the trigger.
